Refund Policy contents
Fields marked [TO CONFIRM] require final company, payment and support information before this Policy is published.
1. Who we are
Queliq is operated by:
In this Refund Policy, "Queliq", "we", "us" and "our" refer to the company named above.
2. What you pay for
Queliq is a software subscription service. Fees paid to Queliq are fees for access to software features, such as:
- structured CV profiles;
- job matching and vacancy filtering;
- match explanations and original listing links;
- CV exports;
- application pipeline tracking;
- search analytics;
- AI-assisted job-search features, where available.
Queliq does not charge fees for finding employment, securing interviews, placing users with employers or acting as a recruitment agency.
Queliq does not guarantee interviews, job offers, employer replies or employment outcomes.
3. Free plan
If Queliq offers a free plan, you can use the included free features without paying a subscription fee.
Free-plan features, limits and availability may change over time.
4. Paid subscriptions
Queliq may offer monthly, annual or other paid plans.
The price, billing period, included features, limits and renewal terms are shown on the pricing page or checkout page before payment.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Payment processor: [TO CONFIRM]
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time by contacting us at:
Cancellation stops future renewal.
Unless required by applicable law or stated otherwise in this Refund Policy, cancellation does not automatically refund the current billing period.
After cancellation, you may continue to access paid features until the end of the period already paid for, unless your account is suspended or terminated under the Terms of Service.
6. EU consumer withdrawal rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
For digital services, the 14-day withdrawal period generally starts from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your statutory withdrawal right, you must inform us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires by contacting:
You may use the model withdrawal form in Section 17, but you do not have to use that form.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
7. Immediate access to paid digital services
Queliq is a digital service. Paid features may become available immediately after purchase.
Before giving you immediate access to paid features during the statutory withdrawal period, we may ask you to expressly request immediate access.
If you request immediate access and then withdraw during the statutory withdrawal period, Queliq may charge you a proportionate amount for the service already provided before your withdrawal, where permitted by applicable law.
The proportionate amount may take into account:
- the number of days of paid access already used;
- the share of included paid feature limits or credits already consumed;
- CV exports or document downloads already delivered;
- AI-assisted outputs already generated;
- original listing links already opened or revealed;
- other objective usage data showing that a material part of the paid service has already been provided.
We will not charge more than the amount you paid for the relevant billing period.
8. Voluntary first-purchase refund policy
In addition to any mandatory consumer rights, Queliq may offer a voluntary refund for first-time paid subscribers.
A voluntary refund may be available if all of the following conditions are met:
- the refund request is made within 7 days of the first paid subscription purchase;
- the request concerns the user's first paid purchase with Queliq;
- the account has not substantially used paid features;
- the account has not violated the Terms of Service;
- the request is not abusive, fraudulent or based on repeated account creation.
This voluntary refund policy does not limit any statutory rights available to consumers.
9. Substantial use of paid features
A paid account is considered to have substantially used paid features if, during the relevant paid period, the user has consumed a material part of the service.
Substantial use may include, for example:
- exporting or downloading a CV, DOCX, PDF or other generated document;
- generating or downloading a paid CV version, application document, interview-preparation output or similar digital output;
- opening or revealing more than [TO CONFIRM number] original vacancy links;
- processing, scoring or analysing more than [TO CONFIRM percentage]% of the monthly match or vacancy quota;
- using more than [TO CONFIRM percentage]% of included AI credits;
- importing, enriching or analysing more than [TO CONFIRM number] vacancies;
- using paid features in a way that clearly shows the user has received the main value of the paid plan.
Queliq may update substantial-use thresholds over time. The thresholds applicable at the time of purchase apply to that purchase unless a later version is more favourable to the user or mandatory law requires otherwise.
10. Suggested substantial-use thresholds
Unless different thresholds are shown at checkout or in the product, Queliq may use the following default thresholds:
- more than 10 original listing links opened or revealed;
- more than 10% of the monthly match or vacancy-processing quota used;
- more than 10% of included AI credits used;
- any CV export or generated document download;
- any one-time paid digital content delivered.
These thresholds are intended to distinguish normal product testing from substantial use of the paid service.
11. No refunds for job-search outcomes
Refunds are not provided merely because:
- you did not receive interviews;
- employers did not reply;
- you did not receive job offers;
- a vacancy expired or was changed or removed by its original publisher;
- a Match Score did not correspond to an employer's actual decision;
- you decided to stop searching for a job;
- you changed your mind after substantially using paid features.
Queliq is a job-search productivity tool. It does not guarantee employment outcomes.
12. Annual subscriptions
If you purchase an annual subscription, you pay in advance for the annual billing period.
Cancelling an annual subscription stops the next renewal but does not automatically refund the remaining part of the current billing period, unless:
- you exercise a statutory withdrawal right;
- you qualify for a voluntary first-purchase refund;
- we are required to refund you under applicable law;
- Queliq materially fails to provide the paid service;
- we decide to issue a refund at our discretion.
13. Renewals
Subscription renewals are charged automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or caused by our error.
If you believe you were charged by mistake, contact us as soon as possible at:
We may review accidental renewal cases individually.
14. Upgrades and downgrades
If you upgrade your plan, the price difference, billing timing and access changes will be shown at checkout or inside the product.
If you downgrade your plan, the downgrade may take effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.
Refunds or credits for downgrades are [TO CONFIRM].
15. Abuse prevention
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Queliq may refuse a voluntary refund where we reasonably believe that the request is abusive.
Examples of abuse include:
- creating multiple accounts to obtain repeated refunds;
- using paid features intensively and then requesting a refund;
- exporting documents or consuming credits before requesting a refund;
- using false account or billing information;
- violating the Terms of Service;
- attempting to bypass plan limits, technical restrictions or payment rules.
This section does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
16. Refund timing
If a refund is approved, we will process it using the original payment method unless another method is required or agreed.
For statutory consumer withdrawals, refunds will be made within the period required by applicable law.
For voluntary refunds, we aim to process approved refunds within [TO CONFIRM number of days] business days.
Your bank, card issuer or payment provider may need additional time to make the funds available.
17. Model withdrawal form
You may send the form below to support to withdraw from the contract, but you are not required to use it.
18. Technical problems
If you experience a technical problem, contact us at:
Please include your account email, plan, a short description of the issue and any relevant screenshots.
If a paid feature is unavailable due to a fault on our side and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, we may offer a refund, credit, extension or other remedy depending on the situation and applicable law.
19. Taxes, currency and fees
Where applicable, refunds may include VAT or other taxes charged on the original payment.
Currency conversion fees, bank fees, card issuer fees or third-party payment fees are controlled by third parties and may not be refundable by Queliq.
20. Changes to this Refund Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time.
The version available at the time of purchase applies to that purchase unless a later version is more favourable to the user or mandatory law requires otherwise.
If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users.
