Terms contents
Fields marked [TO CONFIRM] require final company, billing or legal information before these Terms are published as binding text.
1. Who we are
Queliq is operated by:
In these Terms, “Queliq”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the company named above.
2. What Queliq is
Queliq is a software-as-a-service workspace that helps users organise and improve their job-search process. Queliq may help users:
- create and manage structured CV profiles;
- discover potentially relevant job listings;
- compare listings against a selected CV profile;
- view advisory Match Scores and explanations;
- filter and shortlist opportunities;
- open original job listings;
- prepare ATS-friendly CV outputs;
- track applications in a pipeline;
- review search and application activity.
Queliq supports better application decisions. It is not designed to send more applications automatically.
3. What Queliq is not
Queliq is not a recruitment or employment agency, employer, job-board owner, placement service, auto-apply bot, bulk-email tool or guaranteed job-search service.
Queliq does not guarantee that a CV will pass an ATS or that a user will receive an interview, offer or employment. Queliq is not necessarily an official partner of a source from which a listing originates.
4. User control
Queliq does not automatically apply to jobs, submit a CV merely because a vacancy matched or send bulk recruiter emails.
You remain responsible for deciding which vacancies to open, which employers to contact, where and when to apply, which application materials to use and whether a vacancy is suitable, active and legitimate.
5. Account registration
Certain features may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep login credentials confidential and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.
You are responsible for activity under your account unless it was caused by our breach of applicable legal or security obligations. The minimum age for Queliq is [TO CONFIRM].
6. User Content
“User Content” means information or documents you upload, enter, generate, edit or store in Queliq, including CV data, experience, skills, notes, preferences, salary expectations and pipeline information.
You retain ownership of User Content. You grant Queliq a limited licence to process, store, display, analyse, transform and export it only as necessary to provide and improve the service, operate features, maintain security, provide support and comply with legal obligations.
You confirm that you have the right to use the content you provide. You are responsible for reviewing CVs, summaries, explanations, notes and other outputs before using them outside Queliq.
7. CV and profile data
Queliq helps users create structured profiles and export clean, ATS-friendly CV documents. “ATS-friendly” means straightforward formatting intended to improve readability and parsing. It does not mean ATS-proof, ATS-approved or guaranteed to pass screening.
Queliq may generate or suggest wording based on your profile. You are responsible for checking accuracy, completeness and suitability. You should not include sensitive personal data unless you decide it is necessary for your own job-search purpose.
8. Job listings and original sources
Queliq may process limited listing metadata from supported public sources, employer career pages, recruitment systems and original publishers. This can include title, company, location, work mode, contract, public salary data, URL, source reference, activity signals and selected matching signals.
Queliq does not claim ownership over third-party listings. The original listing page is the source of truth. Listings may change, expire, be removed, contain incomplete information or become unavailable.
Queliq may detect many inactive listings but does not guarantee that every listing is active, accurate or accepting applications. Supported sources may change for technical, legal, commercial, quality, availability or security reasons.
9. Match Score
Queliq may calculate a Match Score from 0 to 99 between a listing and a selected profile. The score is an advisory relevance score, not a prediction of an interview, offer or employment.
The score may consider role fit, title relevance, skills, keywords, professional domain, seniority, location, work mode, salary information, negative signals and possible disqualifiers. Explanations may be incomplete or inaccurate and do not replace your review of the original listing.
10. Application pipeline
Queliq may organise vacancies into statuses such as New, Saved, Applied, Interview, Rejected and Ignored.
The pipeline is a personal tracking tool. Queliq does not verify every employer response, application outcome or hiring decision. You are responsible for keeping it accurate.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- violate law or another person’s rights;
- submit false, misleading or fraudulent information;
- impersonate another person or upload content you cannot lawfully use;
- send spam or bulk unsolicited communications;
- automatically apply through unauthorised methods;
- bypass CAPTCHAs, rate limits, authentication, access controls or blocking mechanisms;
- interfere with Queliq’s operation or security;
- reverse engineer, copy or resell Queliq except where mandatory law permits;
- build a competing database, scraper, job board or extraction product from Queliq;
- systematically export or reuse listings in bulk;
- use Queliq for discriminatory, unlawful or abusive recruitment-related purposes.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe use violates these Terms, creates legal risk or threatens users, the service or its security.
12. Third-party websites and services
Queliq may link to job boards, employer career pages, recruitment platforms, payment providers, analytics tools, hosting providers or other external services.
Third-party services have their own terms and privacy policies. Queliq is not responsible for their content, listings, decisions, availability, application forms, communications or hiring processes. Opening or applying through a third-party website is your decision.
13. AI-assisted features
Queliq may use automated analysis or AI-assisted features for scores, summaries, explanations, CV suggestions, filters or other outputs.
Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated or unsuitable. You must review and approve output before relying on it or submitting it to an employer. Queliq does not guarantee improved job-search outcomes.
14. Plans, subscriptions and payments
Queliq may offer free and paid plans. Current names, features and prices appear on the pricing or checkout page and may change over time.
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected period unless checkout states otherwise. By purchasing, you authorise our provider to charge applicable fees, taxes and recurring payments.
Payment provider details are [TO CONFIRM]. VAT or other taxes may be added according to law and checkout information.
15. Cancellation
You may cancel a paid subscription by contacting [TO CONFIRM support email].
Unless checkout states otherwise or law requires otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal but does not automatically refund the current period. Paid access may continue until that period ends.
16. Refunds and withdrawal rights
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. If Queliq offers a seven-day money-back period, its conditions and procedure will be described there.
EU consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, subject to applicable exceptions and rules for digital services or content supplied before the period expires. Official general guidance is available on Your Europe.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded.
17. Changes to plans and features
We may update, improve, limit, suspend, remove or replace features. We will not materially disadvantage an active paid subscription by removing core paid functionality without a valid reason and without handling the change according to applicable law.
Reasons may include legal requirements, third-party restrictions, security issues, technical limitations, abuse prevention, service improvements, business changes or unsupported features. Where required, we will notify users and provide available remedies.
18. Availability
We aim to keep Queliq available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, updates, technical issues, third-party outages, security incidents or events beyond reasonable control may cause downtime.
We may introduce usage limits to protect quality, prevent abuse or comply with constraints. Service levels and support response times are [TO CONFIRM].
19. Intellectual property
Queliq’s software, design, interface, workflows, branding, text, databases created by Queliq, algorithms and documentation are owned by Queliq or its licensors.
You may use Queliq only as allowed by these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer or create derivative works except where mandatory law permits or we expressly allow it.
Third-party listings, trademarks, company names and platform names remain the property of their respective owners.
20. Feedback
If you send ideas or suggestions, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation unless agreed otherwise in writing. Do not send confidential information as feedback unless we have agreed to receive it confidentially.
21. Privacy
Our processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using Queliq, you acknowledge that personal data will be processed as described there.
22. Cookies
Queliq may use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy.
23. Consumer rights
Consumers may have mandatory rights under consumer-protection law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded. If a provision conflicts with mandatory consumer law, mandatory law prevails.
24. Disclaimer
Queliq is a job-search productivity tool. We do not guarantee that:
- a listing is active, accurate, complete or suitable;
- an employer will respond or a user will receive an interview, offer or employment;
- a CV will pass an ATS;
- a Match Score will reflect an employer’s decision;
- salary information is complete, current or verified;
- a third-party website or supported source will remain available.
Queliq outputs are decision-support information, not professional, legal, financial, immigration or career advice.
25. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Queliq is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, opportunity, data, goodwill or employment opportunity.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability for Queliq-related claims is limited to the amount you paid during the [TO CONFIRM period] before the relevant event.
This does not apply where liability cannot be limited, including applicable liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or mandatory consumer-law liability.
26. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Queliq at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create legal, security or operational risk, fail payment, if law requires it or if we discontinue the service.
If we terminate a paid account without user fault, applicable refunds will be handled under law and our Refund Policy. After termination, the right to use Queliq ends. Data deletion and retention follow the Privacy Policy.
27. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users through the website, product or email.
Where required by law, users will receive appropriate notice and the ability to stop using the service before material changes take effect. The website version applies to new users from the date shown above.
28. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [TO CONFIRM jurisdiction], unless mandatory consumer-protection rules require otherwise.
Courts or dispute-resolution bodies: [TO CONFIRM]. Consumers may have the right to bring claims in the courts of their residence or rely on other mandatory protections.
