Getting started
What Queliq is, who it is for and how it keeps you in control.
What is Queliq?
Queliq is a fit-first job-search workspace.
It helps job seekers create a structured CV profile, discover relevant vacancies, compare each vacancy against their profile, shortlist stronger opportunities and track applications in one pipeline.
Queliq is designed as an alternative to blind mass applying. The goal is not to send more applications. The goal is to send better ones.
Who is Queliq for?
Queliq is for active job seekers who search across multiple job boards, employer career pages and recruitment platforms.
It is useful if you:
- receive too many irrelevant vacancies;
- manage several role directions or CV versions;
- apply to professional or knowledge-work roles;
- search across remote, hybrid, local or international opportunities;
- want a structured alternative to spreadsheets;
- want more control than auto-apply tools provide.
Queliq is not limited to data or technology roles. Examples shown in the product interface are illustrative.
Is Queliq an auto-apply tool?
No. Queliq does not automatically apply to jobs, submit your CV to employers or send bulk recruiter emails without your decision.
You remain in control of every application. Queliq helps you find, compare, shortlist and track opportunities, but you decide where and when to apply.
Is Queliq a recruitment agency?
No. Queliq is not a recruitment agency, employment agency, employer, placement service or guaranteed job-search service.
Queliq provides software features for organising and improving your job search. Fees paid to Queliq are fees for access to software, not fees for finding employment, securing interviews or placing you with an employer.
Is Queliq a job board?
No. Queliq is not a job-board owner and does not claim ownership over vacancies published by third parties.
Queliq helps users discover and evaluate job-listing metadata from supported sources and original publishers. The original vacancy page remains the source of truth.
Jobs & matching
How vacancies are found, scored and checked against your profile.
How does Queliq discover vacancies?
Queliq may collect and process limited job-listing metadata from supported public sources, employer career pages, recruitment systems and original publishers.
This may include job title, company, location, work mode, salary information when available, original listing URL, source reference, freshness signals and activity status.
Queliq does not guarantee that it covers every vacancy on the internet or every vacancy from a particular source.
See How job discovery works for more detail.
Why does Queliq open the original vacancy?
The original vacancy page is the source of truth.
Job listings can change, expire, be edited, become unavailable or stop accepting applications. Queliq may detect many inactive listings, but users should always review the original vacancy before applying.
What is the Match Score?
The Match Score is an advisory relevance score from 0 to 99.
It compares a vacancy against the selected CV profile and may consider role fit, title relevance, skills, keywords, professional domain, seniority, location, work mode, salary information and negative signals.
The Match Score helps you prioritise opportunities. It is not a prediction of whether an employer will invite you to an interview or make an offer.
What do the Match Score tiers mean?
Current tiers are:
- 85–99: Top match
- 70–84: Strong
- 55–69: Worth a look
- Below 55: Stretch
A high score means the vacancy appears more relevant to your selected profile. It does not guarantee employer interest. A lower score may mean the role direction, seniority, location, skills or work mode does not clearly match the selected profile.
Does Queliq guarantee interviews or job offers?
No. Queliq does not guarantee interviews, employer replies, job offers or employment.
The product helps you organise your search, reduce irrelevant applications and focus on stronger-fit opportunities. Hiring decisions remain controlled by employers.
Why did a vacancy disappear or become inactive?
Vacancies are controlled by their original publishers.
A listing may expire, be removed, change URL, stop accepting applications or become unavailable for technical reasons. Queliq may check activity status, but it cannot guarantee that every listing remains active.
CV & privacy
CV outputs, data use and communication with employers.
What does “ATS-friendly CV” mean?
“ATS-friendly” means straightforward formatting intended to improve readability and parsing by common applicant tracking systems.
It does not mean ATS-proof, ATS-approved or guaranteed to pass screening. You should always review your CV before sending it to an employer.
Can Queliq create a unique CV for every vacancy?
Queliq currently supports structured CV profiles, manual editing, profile-based CV versions, live preview and clean CV export.
Do not assume that Queliq automatically creates a unique CV for every vacancy unless that functionality is explicitly available in your account.
Does Queliq sell my CV data?
Queliq should not sell personal CV data.
Your CV profile is used to generate matches, create CV outputs and provide product functionality. Employers do not receive your profile merely because a vacancy matched your profile.
For details, see the Privacy Policy.
Can Queliq email recruiters for me?
Queliq is not designed as a bulk recruiter-email tool.
Queliq does not send bulk recruiter emails. If email-related features are introduced, they should remain user-controlled and subject to applicable law and product limits.
Billing & refunds
Subscription cancellations, refund eligibility and outcomes.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.
Queliq may offer a voluntary refund for eligible first-time paid purchases if paid features have not been substantially used.
Substantial use may include CV exports, generated document downloads, heavy match usage, use of AI credits or opening or revealing more than the allowed number of original vacancy links. EU consumer rights apply where applicable.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel a paid subscription anytime by contacting support@queliq.com.
Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund the current billing period unless required by law or covered by the Refund Policy.
Why are job-search outcomes not refundable?
Queliq provides job-search software, not employment outcomes.
Refunds are not provided merely because you did not receive interviews, employer replies, offers or employment. Queliq does not control employer decisions.
Try a shorter phrase or contact support.
